This is a nice little mid-day (or pretty much anytime) snack you can make to have at work. I suggested a little bit of hot sauce as I like hot sauce on pretty much anything. Y esterday my co-worker asked me to come over to his desk and said "Hey Jay, check out this Chile Relleno that I got from the Taco Truck!" It was only 5 bucks and I ended up taking a picture because it looked sooo good.
