Keep Ridesharing In Austin

AIDS Walk Austin 2015

This is his much we've raised at @AidsWalkAustin. Great job all!!! #AIDSWalkAustin A photo posted by Jay Jayasuriya (@jayjayasuriya) on Nov 8, 2015 at 1:09pm PST Welcome! Lyft Austin Weird team Dear friends, Please join me as I raise funds and awareness for AIDS Walk Austin 2015! An estimated 5,000 Central Texans are living with HIV and AIDS, and about 20% of them are not aware of their status due to not getting tested. VIDEO: Ask City Council to #KeepAustinUber youtu.be/row9kXygETU via @uber_atx #ATX

GIDDY UP, AUSTIN City Council Member Ann Kitchen has proposed a plan to regulate ridesharing companies like a horse and buggy. Her plan would not only take Austin backwards, but eliminate ridesharing services in the city, taking away thousands of economic opportunities and transportation options from Austinites who need them. We need your help to stop Kitchen's backwards plan from becoming a reality!  Call your City Council Member today at  512-974-2000  and tell them to say NO to Kitchen's Plan and keep Uber in Austin.  Sign the  petition  to #KeepAustinUber!
